Northcote Fitness is a private personal training studio located on Northcote Road in Battersea, offering bespoke fitness solutions for the local community. Unlike conventional gyms with lengthy queues and impersonal service, this boutique studio prioritises quality over quantity, providing one-to-one personal training and intimate small group fitness classes in a clean, distraction-free environment.

The studio is led by three co-founders—Marcio Soares, Tom Robinson, and Travis Zanoni—each bringing specialist expertise across strength training, boxing, kettlebell instruction, and physiotherapy. Their team of seven trainers collectively offer comprehensive services spanning weight loss, sports event preparation, pre and post-natal training, nutritional guidance, and injury rehabilitation.

What distinguishes Northcote Fitness is their holistic philosophy: they focus on sustainable behavioural change rather than quick fixes. Trainers work to develop clients' understanding of nutrition and progressive exercise routines tailored to individual lifestyles. The studio's ethos emphasises community connection and providing the correct motivation to train effectively—eliminating the anonymity of commercial gyms.

Marcio's current BSc in Physiotherapy at the University of East London enhances the studio's clinical credibility, whilst qualifications spanning Olympic weightlifting coaching, injury rehabilitation, and boxing instruction demonstrate genuine expertise. The combination of quality facilities, motivational coaching, and specialised knowledge creates an environment where clients feel supported to achieve genuine, long-term fitness results.
