Revive Personal Training is a women's-only fitness studio located in Bridgend that specialises in group personal training sessions designed specifically for women who lack confidence in traditional gym environments. Owner Michelle recognised a gap in the market where women felt intimidated or self-conscious in busy commercial gyms, often avoiding strength training areas entirely.

The studio creates a judgement-free, supportive community atmosphere where women can train safely and comfortably. Rather than training alone or in mixed-gender settings, members benefit from small group sessions with a maximum of 8 women, fostering camaraderie and accountability amongst like-minded individuals.

Revive's flagship offering is the 6-Week Kickstart Challenge, which combines structured training with nutritional guidance and ongoing encouragement to help women break cycles of false starts and inconsistent efforts. The programme addresses the complete package—helping women achieve measurable results whilst building genuine confidence from the inside out.
