Embrace Health & Fitness Coaching is a mobile personal training service based in Great Missenden, run by Emma, a qualified health and fitness coach who specialises in pre and postnatal exercise. Emma serves busy mothers and women throughout the High Wycombe area and surrounding villages including Prestwood, Kingshill, Naphill, Hughenden Valley, Hazlemere, Holmer Green and Widmer End.

Emma's approach is grounded in real-world understanding of motherhood. Drawing on her own experiences with pregnancy-related anxiety and pain, she helps clients stay strong throughout pregnancy, prepare their bodies for birth, and rebuild strength during the postnatal period. Her psychology background (BSc) informs a holistic approach that goes beyond generic fitness coaching.

What sets Embrace apart is the focus on functional fitness that matters to busy parents. Rather than disconnected gym routines, Emma helps clients master the movements they perform daily—lifting, squatting, bending, carrying and pulling—so everyday life feels easier and pain-free. Her specialisation in postnatal fitness means she understands pelvic floor health, core reconnection and the gradual progression needed postpartum, not rushed returns to exercise.

Emma offers both 1-2-1 personal training and small group classes tailored to different stages of motherhood. Her extensive qualifications include postnatal and pregnancy exercise specialism, postural assessment, nutrition advice, and kettlebells instruction. She's committed to helping clients feel genuinely better in their bodies whilst fitting fitness around the realities of busy family life.
