Transformation 12 is a personal training and nutrition coaching business founded by Jason, a dedicated fitness professional who recognised that exercise advice alone wasn't delivering results for his clients. The missing piece was nutritional knowledge and sustainable lifestyle change.
Originally established in the South West, T12 relocated to Doncaster in 2021 and has since expanded significantly. The business now operates a home gym facility and offers weekly boxercise and circuit training classes to the local community.
What sets T12 apart is their realistic, non-judgmental approach to health and fitness. They understand that perfect healthy living doesn't exist for most people—juggling fussy eaters, demanding work schedules and limited gym access are genuine obstacles.
