# Aluna Wellbeing
Aluna Wellbeing is an inclusive women's personal training business based in Shrewsbury, founded by Jules, a qualified personal trainer with three years of one-to-one training experience and eight years working with young people. The business exists to challenge the exclusivity of the fitness industry by making movement accessible to women at any stage of life.
Jules works specifically with women who feel disconnected from fitness culture, whether due to body image concerns, life transitions, motherhood, or previous negative experiences in gym environments. She helps clients shift their relationship with their bodies through strength-based training, moving away from aesthetic goals towards functional empowerment and self-confidence.
What sets Aluna Wellbeing apart is its deeply personalised, non-judgmental approach. Rather than prescriptive workouts, Jules guides clients to tune into their bodies' needs and choose movement that feels right for them. The business actively rejects diet culture and BMI-focused fitness narratives, instead focusing on perspective shifts and body acceptance alongside strength development.
Programmes are tailored to specific life stages: the Embody membership offers flexible, choice-led movement; the Strongest 5K Run targets running performance through strength; and Stronger Mums Bootcamp provides dedicated time for mothers to build strength and reclaim space for themselves. Jules creates a supportive, connected environment where women feel powerful, seen and unshakable in their bodies.
